I’m Lee Ann,
the founder of
Second Act Soul Coaching.
With over a decade of experience coaching individuals, groups, and organizations, I bring a holistic and compassionate approach to navigating transitions.
My background spans business leadership, chaplaincy, mindfulness, grief counseling, and spiritual care. As Executive Director of Spiritual Care & Ethics at a large county health system, I guided physicians, leaders, and frontline teams through profound change and trauma before, during, and after the pandemic. Today, I draw on that same depth of experience to support both organizations and individuals in times of transformation.
Through my Second Act Compass of Transition, I help people and teams move from uncertainty to clarity, from disruption to renewed purpose. For organizations, that means cultivating resilient leaders, improving wellbeing, and fostering cultures of integrity and compassion. For individuals, it means designing your next chapter with clarity, meaning, and joy.
My mission is simple: to help people—whether one-on-one, in groups, or across entire organizations—navigate change with courage, integrity, and compassion, so they emerge renewed and aligned with what matters most.No matter the life stage, my mission is to help individuals, teams, groups, and organizations find renewed meaning and fulfillment during transitions, and navigate their journey with clarity, integrity, and compassion.

How can I help ?
Lee Ann’s expertise in navigating loss and grief led to the creation of her book, A Pastor’s Practical Guide to Funerals, Offering Help, Assurance and Hope, published in 2013.
In it, she offers insight into helping individuals as they prepare for the loss of a loved one, and grieve after, in addition to celebrating each life in a personal and meaningful way.
